Cinnamon is traditionally used as a tea to relieve nausea, flatulence and intestinal spasm, and to warm and strengthen the digestive system. Often used in cooking and as an ingredient in chai. Certified organic the quills are approximately 75mm in length. They can be ground or broken up for teas, chai and cooking.
