We are a small, family run business that operates in rural Australia. We do our best to ship everything to you within a few days of your order, whilst at the same time accounting for the ebbs and flows of supply chains and keeping up with family life.
We ship via Shopify, so all shipping comes with tracking from Australia Post.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please send returns by tracked post where possible.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of posting your return package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker than that!
This time period gives enough space for for us to receive your return order (5 to 10 business days), process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
