Applied to chest and backs during coughs and colds or used as an inhalant to clear nasal passages. For inhalation 1/2 tspn per cup boiled water. Contains menthol crystals and essential oils of wintergreen, cedarwood, aniseed and clove in almond oil. Do not use in pregnancy.
