Grown on our Nimbin Apothecary Farm, Mullein tea is traditionally used to clear mucus, soothe irritated airways, and support easier breathing. Its natural anti-inflammatory and calming properties make it a gentle choice for chest tightness, dry or lingering coughs, and overall respiratory wellness.
Drink 1-3 cups daily during times of chest heaviness, coughing, or when needing lung support.
Make sure to strain/filter mullein tea properly before drinking.
