Mother’s Milk
A herbal tea combination to enrich and enhance breast milk
A perception of insufficient milk supply is one of the top reasons given by women for premature weaning. Formulated to enrich and support breast milk production, the slow but steady benefits of Mother’s Milk tea should be noticed within days to weeks. Ideally make your tea using spring or filtered water and avoid making in metal or plastic. This is a very nice tasting, easy to drink tea and its use is not restricted to breast-feeding mothers.
Put a tablespoon of tea into a teapot, fill with boiling water. Cover and let stand for at least 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink throughout the day. Fenugreek is also a great galactagogue so you might want to add some ground seeds to your tea.
