We get so many people coming into the apothecary asking for help with menopause.

The taboo around menopause, indeed anything to do with sacred transitions and our reproductive health in general only serves to make symptoms worse by feeling as though we have to hide them.

Menopause can be a reaaallly intense time, and like intense times, it also offers opportunity for rich transformations.

That doesn’t make it any easier though - and symptoms such as hot flushes, insomnia, dryness and emotional waves can make it seem like a real rollercoaster.

Imagine what it would be like if we had a society that celebrated these changes instead of demonised them?

With all this in mind, we created a tea, designed to make menopause more manageable.

It contains time-tested medicinal herbs that have been used in both traditional and modern medicine specifically to help bring balance:
