Kava Kava is a relaxing drink that calms the nerves, improves sociability and soothes tension. It has been a traditional drink from the South Pacific Islands. Our powdered Kava is Fiji Gold and very high quality.
How to use it
~ measure about 2g of Kava per person
~ blend it with 1 cup of water per person for a few minutes
~ squeeze it through a nut mylk bag or muslin cloth
~ drink it down
Whilst kava has had a long history of use, we have to let you know that it must be used in moderation and can cause drowsiness.
