This is our own medicinal mushroom blend, formulated by our qualified herbalists to bring about balance and vitality in a fundamental way. We selected three mushrooms that work on the complex loops between the immune system, the digestive system, the nervous system and the endocrine system.

Reishi has been used in Chinese Medicine for generations as a "Shen" tonic, meaning it calms the heart spirit. Reishi has potent immune-modulating properties and an affinity for the liver, though its calming and restorative action benefits the entire system.

Shiitake has a specific action on the immune system, fortifying and strengthening both adaptive and innate immunity. In Chinese Medicine, shiitake is considered building and strengthening.

Maitake fortifies the immune system and brings extra vitality and Qi to the body. It also supports gut-based immunity by tempering inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract.

How to Use

Mix half a teaspoon to one teaspoon daily into coffee, tea, hot chocolate, warm water or a smoothie. Can also be added to soups or broths. The flavour is mild and earthy.

This blend is a powder format. If you prefer a liquid alternative, our Mushroom Elixir combines six mushrooms (including reishi, shiitake and maitake plus lion's mane, cordyceps and turkey tail) in a concentrated tincture for faster absorption.
