Certified Australian organic. Traditionally used to improve physical and mental performance, increase ability to handle stress and to support the liver. Good for the tense head. Not for use during pregnancy while traditionally used to assist labour.
Brew 1 tspn per cup of water by bringing to the boil and simmering gently for 10-30 minutes. Then set aside to continue infusing. Mixes well with green or white tea or use as a liver cleansing shot - 1/2 cup twice daily. Can be purchased in a refillable container.
