How to Use

Take 2-3ml (approximately half a teaspoon or one full dropper) once or twice daily. You can take it straight under the tongue for fastest absorption, or mix it into water, juice, tea or a smoothie.

For immune support during winter or periods of stress, increase to 3ml twice daily. For daily maintenance and general vitality, 2ml once daily is sufficient.

Can I take the mushroom elixir with other supplements? Yes. The elixir combines well with other herbal products.
